Of course they are in the 40-45 range.....16.5 for the rim + 27 for the tire = 43.5

Factory tires (RE070) are about 4-6 lbs heavier then most 225/45/17 so I guess if you changed the tires and then got heavier rims it all equals out but the problem comes when you keep factory tires and still get heavier rims. it all slows the car down, but if you don't care then more power to you
