Iíve seen some throttle body forward setups where a non-standard IC (tilted setup ala WRC) was used. It seem to eliminate about 80% of the piping length compared to the off the shelf ICs (Perrin/TurboXS/APS/Ijen/ARC/Ö). This would be a significant gain as it would be striking the balance between having a big core like a FM but the piping length more like a TM.
How many feet of piping did this save you vs. the original Perrin setup? Does it make a significant difference over the standard Perrin setup?
Beyond the performance aspect, I do like the bling factor it creates in the engine bay. I looks like top notch craftsmanship.
