You'll run into issues with engine management. Your car is OBD2, and must stay OBD2. However, without a piggyback computer, your stock ECU won't be able to handle the turbo.

Not sure what you mean by "will the whole valve train work" All you'd do is take the heads off, put them on the ej22t block. Timing belt and all that crap is fine.

differentials & brakes have zero bearing on the engine. You will need to use turbo specific exhaust, and the front crossmember will need to be swapped over as well.

The port size/spacing on your RS heads is different compared the older EJ22t motor. Therefore you need to run your RS intake manifold if you run the RS heads.

It sounds like you need to do A LOT more homework before you even think about doing this.
