NASIOC - View Single Post - How to remove those black spots on the inside of the rim?

Anyone know? I seems to be getting worse and worse. everytime I wash my car I remove the wheels but I cannot seem to remove those black spots and it's making my wheels (on the inside) look like ****. I have a few on the outside of the wheels but they aren't as bad.
