Can't really run STi injectors with the stock ECU without getting some sort of engine management whether it be ECUTEK, Cobb, UTEC, etc. I'm not saying I know the answer to your problem, but bear in mind PAWRX's solution ended up being the front o2 sensor. Read through the list and try to check as much stuff as you can, or find a buddy who can help you, or take it to the dealership if it concerns you.
