I think you could tune the Green to have more torque by advancing the timing. I know you could, but what's the point of having that low end torque if you are going to loose it. Personally I don't like driving cars that have a sharp torque peak.
I think the point here is that the Green does blow more air with the same hot side as the 20g. It makes sense doesn't it. You can also see, if you were to through an EWG on either car that more torque could be held out in high RPM because backpressure is robbing you of power up there.
