okay, i'm an AFI n00b still but i'm thinking that instead of spending money on N/A, what if i build a kit...

i'm aiming for:

-4 psi with NO spikes and NO creep- all the time.
-FM intercooled and quick spool up... at 4 psi the extra tubing to the front shouldn't cause too much of a problem right? i'd get a really small intercooler, like half the size of the wrx hyperflow.

would an MBC or an EBC be better for this?
what kind of engine management should i use, it's on an 03 RS so it has to be able to override the closed loop, correct?

i'm trying to make a RELIABLE setup that i can still make decent power(210hp at the fly) with and not spend too much... like less than 2k with used parts....
