There is no Mudrat lift for the Baja yet. It has been promised for sometime now but has yet to materialize. You should email him directly to add fuel to the fire.

The Scorpion kit is not easy to install on the Baja from what I have heard. It is really an Outback kit, so it is close, but not always a perfect match. There were some other minor problems too. They guys at Rallitek decided they didn't like it after putting one on a customers Baja. They were developing the lift with mudrat. It was gonna consist of coil-over struts as well as a standard lift kit.

You can also get mudrat to sell you lowered strut mounts. These compress the springs and raise the car. Lose wheel up travel.

I opeted for Scopion springs as a first step. They stiffen the ride, which is good, increase load capacitiy, also good, added 1.5 inches to my 03 (this id not true for 04 and later cars) and lost some down travel, which is not noticeable.

Contact Mudrat. I have an email out to him now, but have not gotten a reply yet.
