TO get the center out I used a hauck saw blade and slide a hose over the end to mak it easier to hold on to. Once the center was cut out I measured back 1" all along the bottom of the bumper and cut that out with a sheetmetal shear. Looks like a heady duty side cutter. Then put the bumper on and see where you need to trim. It takes a lot of time and patience but it will pay off in the end. Make sure you don't end up with to much of a gap on the bottom or the air will be more likly to go around the intercooler instead of threw it. Hope this helps, If you have any more questions ask.
