I haven't used the above contents in my tranny but I've got GREAT success with my own blend .
50/50 Mix to start:
Redline Lightweight shockproof
Redline MT-90
I had 3rd-4th shift syncro problems since the car had about 10k miles on it. It progressively got worse and they all got replaced under warranty. Within, 1k miles of the tranny being rebuilt with the new syncros, I began to get the grinding again. I decided it was time try another fluid. I knew that regular GL5 stuff was just too slick. That's when I decided to mix - about 15k miles now and still no more grinding no matter how hard or high you shift to redline.
Although you're not supposed to stick GL4 (the MT-90) in the trans it's the only way to keep from grinding. Either take a chance or go through another set of syncros.
