Sorry to hear about your BS experience with that dealership. Trust me when I say I know where you're comming from on this. However, no matter how you'd like to look at this there's really no legal action for you to take since all it really boils down to is a customer that's pissed and wants free stuff and an apology from us. You'll never even get close to a courthouse on this.
You would have had better luck sticking it back to them if your wife hadn't been with you on the last visit to the dealer. If you really want to make a big deal out of it, call Subaru directly and go up the chain until you get them to harp on the dealership for this BS. Hope things look up for you and enjoy the new GT.
