A brake failure is a very serious problem. And it seems like a lot of annoyed WRX drivers can't shift into first or reverse properly, amongst other tranny problems.
Our X-Country appeared on Consumer Reports 'not recommended' list because of failing power window switches and turn signals, but at least Volvo replaced them with better parts, no hassle. I bet the WRX is on that list next year.
Is it only the WRX having all these problems or is the RS shaky also? If Honda or Toyota had an awd sedan, even w/o a turbo, I'd buy it in a flash.
