Yeah, I think that the majority of the benefit is the MT-90 and not the LW Shockproof FWIW. I only tried going with the 50/50 mix to lessen any potential negative effects (and I don't know that there is any) on using non-stock 75-90w recommended oil. However, we all know that the recommended oil doesn't work too well for most of us
So anyway, I found that the 50/50 was the threshold to wear the grinding would be eliminated on my particular transmission, and I might add that it was more prone to grinding than most everybody elses that I've heard of.
