if a used car WRX was Listed at a dealership for 25,900. what is a reasonable price to ask or get it at.

the black book as 21,000 but i know that blackbook value on the Subaru are totally wrong.

I was hoping for 23,000 is that too low or should i push to try and get it there.
need some advice.

one saleman told me listed was 25,900 another said 25,000 but i could probably get it for 24,000

so i am hoping 23,000.
