The green ones are for putting your car into test mode when the key is turned into the on position. It should not be connected on a regular basis, but if it were, you would surely know (your car would really run like poo).
The white has something to do with the ECU. . it should be disconnected, unless you use flashing SW, then it can be plugged with a jumper plug (Not actually connected to anything else if that makes any sense). I leave my white plug in all the time, this doesn't effect the operation of the ECU, only allows you to flash it.
