The smaller dealers that make their money selling used more than new will most likley be the first ones to buy wind damaged cars. It offers most people who can't otherwise afford a fully loaded $30k car the chance to get it a good amount below invoice. You do have to sign paperwork disclosing the wind damage and, I think, waive your paint warranty coverage.
