yes i know and understand that you need longer hoses. my reading comprehnsion is not teh suck, its only stated throughout this thread a million times. but my questions are:

Are those pictures above the hoses with the stock STi Metal pipe on the back or just the two pipes from the wrx with the modified extender similar to the Samco hose setup?

Above would require the 2" ID 90 degree hose just trimmed oh so slightly for a perfect fit.

For those of you looking for a part number on the STi Y pipe I believe it is 44104fe090 and from a dealer would cost about ~$300

Using the WRX setup


This would be done using modifided WRX Silicon Hoses (Samco, Vishnu, etc). Cutting them in half and then adding a coupler to the hoses to extend them.

both setups would require the use of the 2.75' ID 3" long throttle body hose.
