I had a big old Craftsman swivel head ratchet that I had managed to break by using a cheater bar on it. It sat on the shelf for a few years until my girl friend got tired of seeing it there. She took the two pieces into Sears, and they gave her a new one on the spot, no questions asked. It would have cost $65 to buy the same thing. I think I paid about $30 for it many, many, years ago.

Craftsman tools aren't always the best quality, but the guarantee is real hard to beat.
