Target afr is probably 10 or maybe even 9 in that rpm/load cell if its at high rpm and high load. If its high rpm and light load its probably more like 12.xx at that cell.
You can lean it out with a wideband a bit but I would stick to less than 11.
There's no problem if you're just looking for a really safe tune. The problem is running richer than 10.0:1 is too rich for optimal horsepower production. Most tuners shoot for an AFR of between 11 & 12 to 1 depending on what they're trying to get, mods on the car, etc...
To the people who've used this, can you post up some logs you've taken with the software? A local user has this and is looking for an easy way to integrate the log w/ a UTEC log. How is the information output? Easily importable into Excel?
