If you've had your oil changed by this dealer before, it should say what oil they were using on your invoice/receipt.
That way we can tell you if $35 is a good price. I highly doubt the local service will do a synthetic oil change for $25. Then again, I doubt a dealer will do a synthetic change for $35.
I'd change your oil for $25 and give you a nice OEM filter. Too bad it costs me that much to drive there and back
