How long does it take to work.
If you see a cop on the side of the road, once you see him, if you slow down, is it a lost cause, Does he already have you tagged/pegged/scanned?
What are the rules when you get pulled over?
Is the cop suppose to be yelling/angry?
Does he have the right to be rude?
Do I have to deal with it, listen to it?
They can figure out how fast you are going in any situation. Computers subtract the speed of you moving with the speed of his cruiser moving. It's instantaneous, like .5 seconds. Slowing down when you see a cop and you're speeding can drop the speed down. Sometimes he might not be looking or he might be tagging another car. (This info from the one time I spent a day with an officer doing traffic stops in Valdez.)
A cop can act however he wants. You have to listen to it. As long as he isn't physically hurting you. Yes you have to deal with it and listen to it, he has the state/city/federal government backing him up.
You can always file a report with the PD about this officers conduct, but would probably not get very far.
Glad you didn't get a ticket
