OK, 3 railroad ties, any garden store. 24 spikes to secure it. Lay 3/4" outdoor grade plywood say a 3 ft by 8 ft piece on top and screw down using exterior deck screws. will work for quite awhile and cost maybe 80$. buy a chain and tie off to nearby tree so that when flooding happens it does not go anywhere. Should work easy.
