yep, same thing when we adjusted the wastegate - what we did is completely removed the factory BC, then used the settings on the Gain on the Greddy EBC in conjunction with a Profec spec-b boost controller - It holds extremely stable all the way through the redline.
remember that the actuator is adjustable and that the more you lengthen it, the more boost you get - too much and it will give you that erratic spiking problem due to the wastegate being under constant pressure.
As for the DP - we cut the factory CAST piece at the 2.25" piece, and welded it onto the perrin downpipe - so its the factory bellmouth flowing to a 3" bellmouth back... not a true turbo back, but it fried the stock clutch once we put it in there - the stock cat really restricted the airflow.
Once I Finished the franken-exhaust, and the stock clutch was nice and toasty - I upgraded to the Exedy single plate (stage 3) clutch - six puck streetable/racing clutch... very nice pedal feel...
Other than that, its a matter of getting grip and not missing 5th gear.. The next session at the track (once it comes out of the body shop) should be interesting... We've been seeing some pretty cool research numbers from UK vehicles that Prodrive tuned with the vf36/37... very VERY quick torque and HP... This was done over 2 years ago, so its kinda ancient history compared with The GT32r kits, or the GT37r kits out there...
