i had a vf36 in my car for a good 6 months. Honestly i think its overrated, it spooled about 200-300 rpm sooner than a vf34 setup. Maybe its different on a 2.5 block, as i have a ej207. But i didnt think it lived up to the whole "instant boost " and " fast and to the point" as people said.
i sold it and got a single scroll normal gt35r setup on a stock wrx exhaust manifold. I like the new setup a LOT better, daily driving i dont get 2-4 psi down low just from normal accellerating, and when i do want to go fast, its FASTTT.
