Go into the communication setting for map manager and have it auto detect the AP. if that does not work, go to your computer's port settings and figure out which port you are connected to. Use that information to help map manager find the AP. Also, the AP must be in "sync to PC" mode to connect to the computer. If your AP is married it is a menu option, if it is not married then when you power it up, hold both buttons down until it goes into "synd to PC" mode.
