Well, may I suggest getting a new supplier, because I'm quite disappointed about this. I ordered something you said you could get in X days, it took XX days and it wasn't even the correct item. How can you order and charge for a product they never intended on sending you in the first place?
What really concerns me is that it really doesn't sound like a mistake the supplier made but rather that you just really had no idea what you would be getting in that shipment, so you hoped for the best and sold me on it.
Based on many of the other reviews in this thread, frankly I'm quite surprised your company has continued it's success... it appears these miscommunications and slipups are not very rare at all....
It's beyond the point of where the fault lies, be it the supplier or your own company, however I highly doubt i'll be returning my business or be recommending MauroMS to anyone else on NASIOC or elsewhere.
Nothing personal, just very bad business.
