You could set your sensors up many ways, but this is what I'd do if I was you
. I'd use 1 flow switch, and mount it in a cool place because it's max temp rating is 220F(from what the website says). I'd also have a pressure switch tapped into the feed line as close to the nozzle as possible. The flow switch would detect that everything is moving, and the pressure switch would detect that there isn't a problem with pressure getting near the nozzle. This way(if everything is setup right), the only thing that could go wrong(as far as I know) with your system without the sensors detecting it would be if there was a leak in the tubing between where ya tapped the pressure switch in, and the nozzle. I'm not really sure how you're going to be able to use the switches to change maps though, and it might be a hard task.
