...and now for the tricky part of the top column cover removal. I recommend doing this very carefully, in warm ambient temperatures (plastic is more flexible when warm). First, lower the steering column. Second, lift the cover up and towards the wheel. Third, CAREFULLY bend one of the little "legs" of the cover (one at a time) so that it doesn't hang up on the column. Take your time - you don't want to snap one of these off and then play around trying to glue it all back together.
