Yeah, a lighter flywheel not necessary, it can make launching a bit more difficult if you like to drag. But it is less rotating mass and will increase response. I think most clutches come with a lighter flywheel in the 16-18lb. range. Factory should be around 25-27 lbs.. I have a tilton twin ceramitallic and it is overkill. The twin organic was real smooth. But the pricing on those is retarded. I have only experience with one other clutch, the exedy single. Held up to plent of drag passes at power levels in your range. Chattered a bit, but was cheap. I would look at something a step up from that though, just to be safe.
