1. Remove the center caps
2. Remove any wheel weights you have
3. Clean and degrease everything thoroughly
4. Sand the inside with 200 grit paper
5. Then sand the painted side with 350 grit paper
6. Wipe with a tack cloth
7. Plug the bolt patter (lug holes) with newspaper
8. Mask the tires and valve-stems
9. Primed the inside with 2 coats of self etching primer
10. Primed everything with primer/filler
11. Sand everything with 350 grit paper again
12. Wipe with a tack cloth again
13. Spray on 2 coats of Duplicolor Graphite Wheel Paint
14. Sand with 800 grit paper
15. Spray on 2 more coats of Duplicolor Graphite
16. Spray on 3 coats of Duplicolor High-performance clear coat
17. Let them dry for 24-48 hours before handling
18. Head on over to the tire shop and have them rebalancing
19. Make sure they install the new weights on the inside
20. Go and show off your new wheels to your friends
