I only took them apart after they began to seperate while installing them. I fully realize that is NOT how to properly install them, but I had to do what I did in order to get them to work.
I didn't call for replacements because I made them work.
Like I said before, Vivid's service is EXCELLENT.
When I received an e-mail from Vivid requesting that I post here, I did! I'm just giving an honest reply.
Would I buy from Vivid again? Probably.
