I ordered Gracer lip few weeks ago through GB. What a mistake.
Last and every time I called, I was told that the lip is being either received, painted, or shipped. I'm still waiting. Few weeks passed and I got e-mail from vivid stating that my defi gauge pod (which I ordered and which was in stock untill I paid for it, then it was backordered) and my lip will be shipped together. Well, got #$%^ed again. I got the pod, but now I think that my gracer lip is being delivered by foot from CA. But hey, the good news is they did charge my credit card. That's what counts.
All I can say, I'm very dissapointed with their service. Explenation like "we get hundreds of e-mails, bla,bla,bla..." don't do anything to me as a customer. Hire more people and stop bitching.
