What do people usually pay over the prices of a WRX, I called Mastro a month ago and they quote me 9% over invoice, Is this prices firm? Which person should I deal with over there so I can get the best prices...

Another dealer around my area (south florida) quote me 3% over invoice.

Please advice with more information.
