Your winter commute sounds fairly harsh, I would expect that your oil temps just barely get close to "normal" by the time you get to the last 5 minutes, so no wonder you have fuel dilution in the winter.

I've got to imagine that the Fe is a byproduct of those short trips since the engine probably collects a decent amount of water through condensation.

Si is definitely elevated, you using the stock air filter?
