wow. well as most downhill racers say...a downhiller has the ability and fitness to finish a XC race, but a XC rider wouldn't even be able to finish a DH run. as for mtn bikers not being able to bunny hop...yea i've seen the same thing. a lot of new downhillers go out and buy all the latest gear and have no clue what they r doing. what people don't realize is that the suspension is there for mostly corner and brake traction; at least when it comes to racing. the majority of the bumps you can just take with your arms and legs.
