True....i questioned that when i read chads post from last night.....NO ONE does that.....you have to just take the hit, of course 3% on translates to roughly $20 so its not a HUGEE deal like chad said

.....but still to not have the car ready when it should have been, to then not have all the materials to finish the job, and then overcharge for the stuff and tack on stupid things seems kind of odd....i can understand dealers doing this since they are known scam artists but come on now Synaptic.....great guys and extremely knowledgable but you have to look at the invoice and do you honestly think the end amount is fair?reasonable?in line with other shops?

i can see being expensive for custom things like xbraces, cages, suspension parts etc... totally acceptable but to overcharge on a catch can install, oil change, and coolant lines
