Basically, after you've been a member for at least 6 months, you can call or send an email to the address on their website and tell them that you want to buy a Subaru. IMBA then has to send a letter to SOA to request the purchase. SOA then sends a letter to the dealer that you chose or the closest one to you and another letter to IMBA. The IMBA then sends that letter to you. You then have to take that letter and go to the specified dealer. This enables you to get your Subaru at dealer invoice cost. . .it should also enable you to get any options at dealer invoice cost as well. Hope that helps.
