I would look into making a stock configuration manifold too, if you can make it functional- if you could break into the market with a $500 stock location piece that gives good power gains, you would expand your market a LOT. I will never put a FMIC on my car, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't use an aftermarket manifold. Just something to think about.

It might be worth designing two different pieces- a "street" piece and a "race" one, with different price points.
