Hi Guys,

I am the organizer of this event, known in our GT circles as the Meet Nazi.

I wanna reassure you that this event will be organized; nothing will be happenstance and I will make sure the event does not get derailed.

I would like to extend my invitation to anyone in the Midwest Chapter of NASIOC to join us in this autumn drive. Our respective clubs rarely get together - except from the occasional Schaumburg area meets and or P&L event or some track days. I think we can foster mutual friendship, respect, knowledge and greater appreciation for our cars by having from time to time common events (we should have always have them, but we all know how these things go).

We have already over 10 people from our boards (we"re a small group, you know :-( ) having expressed commitment and many more interested but unable to commit a month ahead .

The itinerary was presented - I will try and add a screen shot here as well later on. I will post updates here as well.

One thing I insist on is just the basic understanding that this is a leisure event, for fun, friendship and sightseeing and I absolutely do NOT want this to become a "contest" of any sorts.

Beyond that, feel free to drop me a line here or on the GT boards - but I will make sure everything of importance posted there will be updated here as well.

The only thing likely to change is - if a sufficient number of people from Wisconsin/Iowa are willing to attend we may run this itinerary in reverse. Which I doubt :-)
