I don't see major adjustments needed unless you went with a FMIC. Probably just adjust the WGDC/Continuous/Burst a bit if it's oscillating, and boost table if your running alot more (3-4 PSI) boost than before but hitting target and it is steady.
If Boost goes up by 1 PSI or so, but the dynamics stay the same, I'd say it's probably fine and just a result of less pressure drop.
I just put an STI TM on my car today and will be doing some tuning with it tomorrow. I'll let you know if I change anything.
