arguably any power mods you have can be said to have increased the vehciles power in turn causing undue stress on the axles that could possible twist them in a manner and put them under stress to wich they were not designed resulting in the early failure of the boots.

I'm confused. Are they not covered at all or only under the 3/36K? I'll be pissed if they (boots) are under 3/36K because they told me it wasn't at the dealer.
Cost me $20 for a boot and 2 hours to change. Not bad, I got to learn about the car too, but unnecessary none-the-less.
