Whitefox, the bumper keep on using the clay bar it will come off and it will take a ton of time. Suggestion on reducing the time it takes after the clay make sure you put a sealant or wax on it and then keep on top of washing and waxing your car. This will reduce the clay time.

As for the handles polish them out by hand and yes it will take time to get most of it out. After that you can put someone to install clear film on the area so that it will protect from scratches.

You can probably spritz your protectant on an applicator pad and carefully dress the seals.
