Ok Figured it out. I had it @ 65 mm from the top ( thanks for the link I had no directions). Set it to 52 mm 100% difference took a short drive slots home very nicely now. 3rd seems a little wierd cant feeel the notch but works good. The feel of the other four gears is great. Took out that shift plate lotsa NHV will cut the plate soon.
