I do. Am I happy I have them?...sure any mods I can buy for my N/A suby are fine by me.
Does it work: I would say yes as a pair there is a little more top end breathing due to the much larger plenum. Also, I have a scan gauge to monitor intake temps and the manifold spacer helped enormously.
All in all the manifold spacer would show a bigger boost in power by itself than the TBS by itself. I love my TBS though because it was made by the awesome guys at AREA1320 (happy to support them) and it has the vortex so in 2nd and 3rd gear i hear a whistle when accelerating.
Gas savings are minimal...maybe .5 mpg so it's pretty much negligible.
So my tip would be either do the manifold spacer by itself or do both, but def. not a TBS by itself.
