Smile Track Alignment?

I am wondering what you track junkies run for alignment on the track. I have my first track day next Thursday. I have a 98 wagon with the stock OBS suspension, 18-22mm bar, and soon-to-be Azenis. I know that I should make the toe 0 front and rear, and max out the front camber. But what about the rear? I don't think it is adjustable is it? I know that 0 is good for auto-x, but I want the back end planted on the track. Should I put the rear bar back to 18mm?

Later,
Seth E.
