not only did i have a problem with buying a car (new and used at the same time). i had a problem with getting them to fix my car.
when we where buying a new 2.5rs and a used 2.5rs at the same time we had a manager get pissed off at us stating that he was "lou fusz" himself when in reality he was just an old fart that smoked. he really pissed me off and told us since we had wasted his time that we HAD to sign the contract now. still gets a rise out of me.
and then my used had some rattleing problem that had come from the rear diff that i needed fixed before i went to my home (KC) and they had the damn car for 2 weeks and they couldn't figure out what was wrong.
i got pissed off and just took the car from them and drove it home... where i took it to a dealer here in KC.
Lou Fusz missed the fact that my entire rear and front diffs needed to be replaced along with my driveshaft and transmission (minus the actual gears).
talk about a class F dealership.
