Well, I started having this rubbing sound. I have a dip in my driveway, and I have to turn the wheel to the left about the time that I get to the dip to back out into the street. Well, when i do i get this creaking/rubbing sound from the front driver side (i think). I can kinda feel it in the pedals and such, know what I mean? Well, I took a look under there, and my spring on my driver side doesn't appear to be sitting in the perch correctly: (yay pic)
May be a dumb question, but could this be the cause of my confounded rubbing? It appears to be pretty much touching towards the front of the car, but why only when the wheel is to the left?
And:
A) How did it get like that?
more importantly
B) How to I fix it?
I'm leaning towards a new suspension anyway to be honest:
