Peanut butter.

Quit laughing; I'm serious. The oils in the peanut butter break down the wax residue, and the consistency of peanut butter makes it convenient to apply to vertical trim (won't drip). Smear a thin layer of your favorite creamy on the trim, wait 10 or 15 minutes, then wipe it off.

Caveat: I haven't had to try this myself; I've only used Zaino and P21S on my WRX, and neither stain the trim like some sealants or waxes. However, the peanut butter trick is often recommended over on Autopia (excellent detailing forum) to fix wax residue on trim, and those that have tried it report good results.
