Turbo Timer: The stock turbo doesn't need a turbo timer because the the liquid cooling continues to work after you shut down the water pump. That's why the coolant cap is mounted up high by the turbo - it's also a condensor that collects steam from the turbo coolant lines.
BOV: Realize that with the stock turbo, a BOV is only for looks and sound. If anything your car will run slightly worse with an 100% atmospheric BOV. If you must get a BOV, get a 50/50 recirculating one, or wait until you have an ECU that adjusts A/F ratio based on MAP instead of MAF.
My Suggestions: Get better tires and a rear swaybar. Replace your fluids with synthetics after a few 1000 miles. Try your hand at some autocrosses and have fun
