I first suggest you clean the battery connections using a battery post cleaning brush. Just to make sure there isn't a connection problem there. Then check the grounding from the battery to the chassis of the car. If that is ok then check to see if the power panel under the hood is getting full voltage from the battery when this trouble occurs. There may be a loose connection between the fuse panel and the battery. The ignition swich may be the problem also.
